testimonial from Melissa Illingworth, yoga teacher

"I have seen Clare for two sessions of Journey Therapy, and have been genuinely amazed by the results. Her approach to the therapy is deeply compassionate and sensitive. The changes brought about by these sessions have been subtle and profound. I can highly recommend Clare for Journey Therapy to anyone seeking to make real changes in their lives, on whatever level."

  1. Homeopathy: Permanent solution to health issues: By Regina Kessy

My journey with homeopathy started in Sheffield, summer of 2002. After suffering allergy all my life, I was adviced by a friend of mine to visit a homeopathic doctor. Like most people I was skeptic first, but since I had nothing to lose I actually went to a clinic and after about five or nine visits, my allergy was history. Until this day! I am now fifty and doing PhD. Not only is it daunting but extremely stressful for me.
December last year I suffered a period of exhaustion which I was hospitalised for in Sweden. Upon my return, I knew I did not want to be on heavy medication for longer periods so I started looking for a homeopathic doctor and I interviewed a few. Strangely, the one I clicked with best, Clare, lives just around the corner from me.
With my fragile state of mind, what I needed was a compassionate soul and competent practitioner. Brave too! as now we were not dealing with allergy, but a serious mental condition.
Clare is both compassionate and serious. She is highly competent, trustworthy and most importantly, she assured me all through our sessions including the journey which opened my inner eyes. The thought of me going off the medicine before the proposed two years minimum was scary at first.
Now six months later, I am off the strong hospital medication which made me just lazy, fat and more anxious. I feel terrific, took up my driving test last month and passed, back to gym and the rest of my PhD journey looks promising.
Clare is my Hero. Hopefully more people will decide to choose alternative therapy.
It takes time, but its permanent!
